Refunds
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Due to the perishable nature of our products and to reduce carbon emissions associated with return shipping, we do not require items to be physically returned.
To be eligible for a refund, please contact us at hello@tea8tea.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos of the product to help us process your refund quickly.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after approval. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us at hello@tea8tea.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In most cases, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, all food products including tea powder are non-returnable.
This policy helps ensure the freshness and safety of our products. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out so we can help.
Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for refunds under the same conditions.
Exchanges
Because we do not accept physical returns, exchanges are not applicable. If you would like a different product, simply request a refund and place a new order.
